Returns & Replacements

You may return any item(s) purchased from us within the first seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Any orders returned and received after 7 days from the delivery date are subject to restocking fees. We will gladly exchange your product or give you a full refund (excluding the shipping cost), whichever you prefer. The only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping it back to us.
Obtaining RMA number

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email support@covercase.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Any packages returned without a RMA# are subject to being returned to sender.CoverCase is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We recommend you insure all returns.

The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept Diners Club. We also accept: PayPal, GoogleCheckout and CoverCase gift cards.

Domestic Shipping

Orders generally ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 2:00pm EST. We cannot however, guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible, however part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog

 

International Shipping

CoverCase does not guarantee delivery to, or process orders from, some countries. If you have any questions, please contact our Shipping Department. We apologize for any inconvenience.

International orders generally ship within 2 business days, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:00pm EST. We cannot however, guarantee your order will ship the same day.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.

  • Next-business-day delivery by 5 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 6:30 to rural areas.

  • Available throughout all 50 states (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii).

Expedited

  • By 6:00 p.m. in 2-3 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences)
  • Monday-Friday
  • Available throughout all 50 states.
  • Delivery to some rural areas of Alaska and ZIP codes in Hawaii in 3-4 business days.

Normal shipping

  • 1-4 business days within the contiguous U.S.
  • 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Monday-Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day.
  • Available throughout all 50 states.

International shipping

  • Via USPS
  • International shipping generally takes 5-8 business days once it has shipped.

    Military Shipping Information

    We gladly ship to FPO locations. We will ship your items via USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot send express service to FPO addresses, and we cannot currently ship to APO locations.

    When filling out the address section of the cart, please place your Unit number in the "Address" field along with your box number (if required), APO or FPO in the "City" field, and select either AE, AA, or AP for the "State", and the Zip should be the same.
