Customer Services  

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of your payment. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you place it. Please take the time to ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, there is no way for us to change any information.

International Shipping Policy: Delivery time to Canada and worldwide countries is just an estimated average delivery time frame and is NOT guaranteed. Your package may be held by your country’s customs agency until cleared. We do not have control over your local Post Mail System or Customs Agencies. However you can be assured that all international packages are being shipped out with all needed documentation to avoid unnecessary delays.

Duties and Taxes: Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.


Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, we will be glad to assist you with an exchange or refund. Return/Exchange Material Authorization (RMA) number is required on all returns. All items returned without RMA number will not be accepted and refused. To obtain RMA number please complete Return Request Form or e-mail us at customerservice@covercase.com for further instructions.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unused, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging. Products returned with signs of wear and tear or without original packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made for the price of an item, shipping and handling cost are not refundable. Exchanges may require additional shipping expenses. You will be responsible for ALL costs involved in re-shipping the product. Returns must be shipped by US Postal Service, properly packaged in hard box. It is your responsibility to insure your return package and obtain tracking information. We are not liable for lost or damaged merchandise.

CoverCase LLC. will process exchanges or refunds within 1 weeks of receipt.
