Shipping & Delivery
CoverCase delivers worldwide! We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion and we use a large network of couriers to deliver goods from covercase.com any country in the world.
We use US Post and UPS as standard shipping partners. We strive to ensure that your products are dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of your payment.
You can review our delivery options in more detail in the checkout, so you choose the one that best suits what you need.
Note that shipping costs depend on the quantity of your order and the country of destination. To get to know the shipping costs, simply add the product(s) you would like to buy, go to your Cart and then fill in the 'Shipping quotation' form.

Shipping lead time
From the time of receiving your order we aim to have it processed, dispatched and in your hands as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days unless stated otherwise on the product page. During busy times such as after a weekend or Public holiday - especially the two weeks prior to the Christmas holidays, processing times may increase on the lead up to Public Holidays, Please take into account we will be closed for holidays.
Notice that it can take up to 24 hours before your local Postal Service can track the standard shipment. For some countries the parcel will not be trackable in the local Postal Service's website. To get an idea of the shipping lead time, please check the shipping confirmation email, which indicates the shipping lead time of the option you chose. This shipping confirmation will indicate the estimated lead time to arrive at your door. However, please note that we are dependent on the Postal companies, so we cannot guarantee any delivery dates and / or shipping lead times. If shipping lead times are longer, we do not give any discount or reimbursement.
Standard vs Express
Please note that we do not give any priority to orders who chose for Express shipment when packing the orders. We work in a chronological order. The only difference is that an Express shipment will in most occasions have a shorter transit time, be more reliable and have a better tracking system.
Customs & Import
Customs or import duties can occur and are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country (outside the USA). These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
We give you the possibility to return a product without any reason. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, please email us within 14 days after receipt of your order. We will provide you a RMA instruction email, which clearly explains how to process the return. Once the goods are returned to us according to the instructions provided (in original and unused condition and packaging), we will issue a refund for the goods. Any associated shipping costs or fees are non refundable.
Despite the great care we take when processing your order, you may receive the wrong product through no fault of your own. In such cases, you must contact CoverCase within 7 days after receipt. You can do this via our online ticket system on our website, or by sending an email to help (at) covercase.com. We will solve the issue for you.
Notice that irregularities may occur due to the nature of the handwork of our products. This makes each and every sleeve unique.
The following payment methods are available:
1. CreditCard: We accept a wide variaty of credit cards, American Express, MasterCard and VISA.
2. PayPal: PayPal allows everyone with an e-mail address to make and receive payments securely online via a personal credit card or bank account.
This means your order did not succeed. Please try again, we suggest to use Paypal (Paypal is less likely to fail). You would have to place a new order since this order automatically got cancelled.
Some reasons why it may get declined:
- If you ordered in USD make sure the currency during paying at Multisafepay is USD as well.
- If you order from a different IP address it might be expected fraud.
- If the invoice address is different from the delivery address it might be expected fraud.
- If the invoice address is different from the registered credit card address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Simply follow 3 easy steps!
- Submit an RMA request by contacting our support via email.
- Our support team will review your request. You will receive a notice regarding the status of your return.
- Once the RMA request is approved, please ship the product with a tracking to the address on the RMA. Customers will be notified once the package has been safely received and processed at our facility.

Items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.
Requirements for Returns:
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from covercase.com.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Return shipping is at buyer's cost.
- Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees are not refunded.

While we strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, CoverCase has no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or adequacy of the information provided. CoverCase refutes all liability for errors, inaccuracies or omissions that, from time to time, may be stated through the Website.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CoverCase LLC or its suppliers shall be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the product, including, without limitation, loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, property damage, or loss of use of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if CoverCase LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. CoverCase LLC has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices, other personal property that are in the products, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of CoverCase LLC and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties and conditions, and/or the disclaimer of some types of damages, so some of the above might not apply to you.
Unless otherwise noted, CoverCase website and all contents posted on the Website including product names, details, descriptions, photographs and illustrations are the sole property of CoverCase LLC and/or its licensors. The content is protected from unauthorized copying and dissemination by copyright law, trademark law, international conventions and other intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, republished, transmitted, distributed or used on any other website without CoverCase LLC prior written consent.
No Illegal or Improper Use
You may not use our website or any its contents for any illegal or unauthorized use. You agree to protect and hold CoverCase LLC harmless as well as any of our official affiliates and employees from any investigation, defense, settlement or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to any illegal or improper use of our website and contents.
CoverCase LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfill any order at anytime. If we cancel or refuse to fulfill an order, we will issue you a refund and attempt to contact you at the contact information provided to CoverCase LLC at the time the order was placed.
All discounts, pricing, and bundling options during Promotions are honored only during the stated time period. Price adjustments are not available once the Promotion window is no longer active as well as retroactively. Warranty is available for confirmed defect issues on purchases placed through our website. All Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranties. For further info, please check our warranty section.
CoverCase LLC does not set any of the shipping rates that may need to be paid on purchased made through CoverCase.com website. All rates are set by the carrier used at the time of shipout. Delivery times also vary depending on the shipping speed chosen as well as conditions that carrier may experience such as but not limited to a high influx of packages, holiday periods, weather delays, etc. Once the package leaves the CoverCase LLC warehouse, we cannot be responsible for what may happen to the package during transit since we do not have any access to that parameter.
